The evening before, at the Gingin Roadhouse, where we were staying, this Australian Ringneck, orTwenty-Eight was very co-operative and took time out from feeding on nuts for their close-up.

Another W.A. classic - the Grey Fantail.
Rarely still, these tiny insectivores flitter and dart about almost constantly.
First up is some #AustralianBirdlife in the form of a Brown Honeyeater.
These little birds are one of the smaller honeyeaters, and probably the smallest in W.A.
During the #bushwalk near the Gravity Discovery Centre that @leece mentioned a couple of days ago, I managed to grab a few shots of some of our local wildlife, and a couple of very nice landscapes and still-lifes.
So here comes the #photography.
As I said, I also put my Theta S on top of the car. This is a full 360x360 image - I don't know how it will render in Mastodon, and if it will let you view it as a spherical image. (Edit: No, it does not.)
This was a 20 minute live stack, so we get startrails, and a bonus passing jet.
Our car has a glass roof, so as a little extra, you can see our tablets inside the car, viewing the images we are collecting from our telescopes.
