New cookie board (Nuremberg ca 1900) has some winners:

Picture 2: Squirrel doing what?
I think the squirrel is whispering to a carrot but my mom says the squirrel is just kissing a tree.
One cookie board, carvings on each side.
My mom was kind enough to bake cookies and paint the cookies, then she took pictures of the cookies next to the carvings!
I love how she paints them. It reminds me of when I would beg her to draw clothes for my paper dolls as a kid. The outfits were never 80’s cool, but they were vibrant and creative.
