I find it extremely hypocritical when #ThisMorning have segments on gambling addiction when most of the show is spent trying to get you to enter their competitions.
It's as if gambling is a bad thing. We shouldn't have become dependent on gambling money for all the sponsorships & ad revenue in the UK but advertising Mcdonalds or chocolate bars is viewed as worse then gambling, go figure.

My mum, Wendy, was preyed on by a 24-hour slots venue in the town where I live, Stockport, when she was undergoing cancer treatment. Wendy spent hours each day gambling on the machines, losing many thousands of pounds β everything she had, as well as loans β her only break to go to the ATM. The staff never intervened to stop her. My mumβs story is not unique with hundreds of these slot venues springing up on high streets across the country, devastating families in almost every town and city....

& @catdeeley have some awareness of the hypocrisy going on.
#ThisMorning have some gaul hosting a gambling phone in when they shove their competitions down your throat every two seconds, but they see that as harmless gambling because it makes them lots of money, the hypocrisy.
Is it me, or is ThisMorning more interested in getting you to enter their competitions than content. I don't see many segments about gambling addiction. Here's a segment about saving money on food, so you can spend it on our competitions.
I was meant to win the Viking Lotto tonight, but things didnβt go according to plan, it seems.
