I had a wonderful time today at the GT 1000 & GT 2000 Instructor Development Conference. Thank you #GeorgiaTech OUESS. I'm looking forward to teaching #GT1000 this upcoming Fall.
I've had a chance to play with the new #synth a bit and I do really like it. I'm still not exactly sure what it's doing, it's a bit idiosyncratic when you hit the Poly Stack button. The #sequencer is pretty basic, so I've plugged in my #Keystep Pro to program some patterns. The #analog parts sound gorgeous though, and you can control each part separately if you want. The effects aren't too bad, I'll probably still mainly use the #Boss #GT1000 Core but it's nice to have something built-in.

Anyone know anything about the Boss GT-1000 pedal/thing?

Someone is having issues with its MIDI being recogised by MiniDexed and I could really do with knowing what USB endpoints it has :)

There are bespoke drivers for Windows, but I can't find a definitive comment about support in Linux...

But, the #motorcycles that really cemented my new-found appreciation of classic style were the revivals of the 2000s, specifically the #Ducati #SportClassic range. If I could have afforded one, I'd have bought a Ducati #GT1000.
