Control works pretty well with #GPTK!
First time I actually experience a game with raytracing (don't think Death Stranding had it) and it looks really nice.
To run it, instead of Whisky I'm trying Heroic, https://heroicgameslauncher.com, which handled downloading it directly from Epic's game store and then made the wine bottle automatically. Convenient!
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth on Mac! - CrossOver Preview (GPTK 2 BETA 3)
GPTK2 Is honestly magic, thanks to Heroic Launcher I can quickly install my Epic Games library games and have them up and running quickly with great frame rates at decent graphics quality as well.
For those interested I also made a custom icon for Heroic to better fit the style of macOS as the default one isn't great in my opinion.
In my timeline I haven't seen a #gptk 2 appreciation post during or since #wwdc24, so here’s mine:
AVX2 hardware instructions were supposedly “impossible” to emulate, so games like Red Dead Redemption 2 were a non-starter.
Guess what I am downloading right now?
Not sure if it will work (something else might cause trouble) but big shoutout to the team that did the impossible, again.
(If you’re interested, take the easy route: just download Whisky from GitHub, it does support GPTK 2 already).

# Developer relations
- Speaking of Feedbacks, the system does not work and it's not really worth repeating why. It's just so unfair to ask for #feedback, which takes time, and never even acknowledge it was looked at.
- Embrace that international regulation has happened and is happening and stop doing embarrassing stuff.
# tvOS
- Widgets!
# Misc
- Additional improvements to #GPTK, if I'm dreaming, I'd love for the last DirectX games to be compatible.
- Missing USB-C peripherals
