Genkaku Picasso by Furuya Usamaru is a beautiful, mesmerising, and strange manga.

Hikaru has to save himself through his art, helping others in the process. He's guided by his now-dead classmate. If he stops helping others, The Rot will consume him.

Through the first volume I picked up today, he breaks down walls with others, stumbles into situations, while maintaining his composure and aloofness.

It's a beautiful manga. Weird as all geddout. And while the manga itself art-wise is fairly standard, the images the character creates are gorgeous and disturbing. Example below.
