The tentative charity number for Fur Squared 2026 is $31,536. I say tentative because there was money still being collected right up to closing ceremonies, so that hasn't been added yet. But wow.

Edit: 2,795 attendees. Significantly over the $10 per person average that a lot of cons aim for. I love this con.

My day at #fursquared is just about done and it went by really fast..I enjoyed the panels I went to and had fun going around the con and seeing the sights and all the neat fursuits and costumes..but unfortunately it’s time to go home..and start thinking about what I want to pack for #motorcityfurcon.

I made it to #fursquared for the day; I’ve never attended a con just for a day so I’m curious to see how it compares to the usual weekend experience (which I’ll have next weekend at #motorcityfurcon

) I don’t have a hotel room to retreat to, but I’ve been here several times now and know where to go to relax if I need to (namely, the lounge adjacent to the hotel check-in)
