How to apply? Grants and tenders/procurements The financial instruments for funding the Fundamenal Elements activities will be grants and tenders (procurements). Grants are the preferred financial instrument; generally, financing will be provided to beneficiaries for 60-70% of the total value of the grant agreement. Tenders (procurements) will be 100% funded. Who can apply? In general, only consortia are eligible to participate in the Call for Proposals/ Invitation to Tender (CfP/ITT).
