Lance Wiersma is the head of community supervision and largely responsible for the grossly overcrowded prisons Wisconsin has (currently sitting at about 137% capacity).

Evers has the power to end the overpopulation of their prisons, but he continues to refuse to do this.
He is allowing people to die.
Granted, schools have a whole separate host of systemic issues, they also need to be completely overhauled, reimagined, reconfigured, and transformed, nonetheless...these ratios and allocations of funds lay bare the intentions of the state
fucking hell, going through the process of filing for the stimulus for incarcerated people is challenging and there's no definitive information out there, at least not that I can find. The paper deadline has passed, so far as I know (it was extended three times, but last i head it ended on 11/4)
has anyone had success filing for multiple people online? anyone have any suggestions for the best way to go about this?
