Can a security leader who changes job every 18 months be effective at implementing change in their organisation ? I've often pondered this question as there are many "rockstar ciso's" who seem to move all of the time. I wonder if they just plant the seeds or if they actually see the crops grow? Or do they just go in, buy a load of expensive infosec solutions, jam it in the poor companies infrastructure and then end up working for the same infosec vendor as a consultant later? #fridayquestion

Examples would be visiting NPR/a local paper/a personal blog/a webcomic on its own page.

Basically, Web 1.0 or like 1.5 before the domination by aggregators.
