I just went to try ordering free Covid tests (USA) from www.COVIDtests.gov, and it is currently saying "This program for ordering free at-home COVID-19 tests will restart in late September 2024...Come back to place your order in late September 2024."

So apparently it is not ready to fill orders yet.
