As we get ready for the Commission's announcements on #Chemicals later today, here is a little reminder why a ban on a handful of consumer uses of #PFAS would fail to tackle the ever-growing #ForeverPollution crisis.

2️⃣ The mooted definition of consumer uses is really weak.
It's vital that 🇪🇺 action on #PFAS tackles full extent of #ForeverPollution crisis, not a small proportion of it.
Otherwise it would be a disaster for public health, environment, & public purse.
