If not medical apprenticeships, then at least
higher-than-ACTUAL-living-wage bursary support whatever for
every single medical, nursing, HCA, clinician, etc student and trainee --
yes 'even' the part-time ones, how dare they try to do anything, ofc.

Throw in Universal Basic Services. Guaranteed jobs and infrastructure with lower carbon emissions per person, plus encourages
movement, exchange of ideas, foot and wheelchair traffic, social cohesion, and probably more.

Throw in good quality, maintained air filters, and you reduce risks of and during future pandemics.
Not to mention literally clean the air as you go, reducing the damage from diesel trains.
