Might as well give this a shot.

I read a dystopian novel an unknown number of years ago, where women were in charge and men were subservient, quite possibly due to chemicals in cleaning fluids and washing up liquid, etc. I can't remember either the author or the title, but the cover was green (yes I know!) and I think it had a cartoon image of a man on the front surrounded by bubbles from washing up liquid. They had some large commercial outfits on ships, for some reason, and the company name began with a B, and was something like BO$CO - with a dollar sign in the middle. Details of the actual story are all but forgotten, but probably included the men rising up against the women.

I donated the physical book years ago, but would like to know what it was called, and maybe read it again. As far as I remember, it was a good read.

Anyone know this short story?

A female astronaut returns to Earth. In her absence, humanity was forcefully changed on the genetic level. It is now impossible to relate to a person, you don't know personally. No more generals. No more war. But this leads to illiteracy. Why write, when you can just talk to the people you know?

Hive Mind: Looking for a sci-fi book read in the mid-'60s. Takes place in a moon colony run by a large corporation. Murders are happening & no one can find the murderer. A detective is brought up from Earth to assist. He is blind & has a "birth defect" that allows him to see people as strange, colorful geometric objects, which leads to the answer. Need author & title.
