I need to go home. Hanging round all these white bread yankees and rednecks is killing my accent. I didn't realize til someone from my hometown asked if I was from up north.
First time in my life I was not immediately pegged as a dumb southerner and\or ghetto trash when I spoke, not sure how to feel about that. Mostly sucks cuz I'm tired of assholes judging people for their way of speaking. Been bugging me for a while.
