So in this year, I have moved my site around so much and I think that I am going to move it in the New Year. I don’t want to experiment with my main site, I want to have a final iteration of it first. I’m thinking Zola (as I felt more at ease with that).

If there is any other SSGs that people know about and recommend, I’ll give them a go and then make a decision. But I do think it’ll be a Zola site.
I just thought of the main reason that I have my Fediverse profile open for anyone to follow.
I like to meet new people and make new fedifriends.
Take me being on Polymaths, I met @amin, back when my main account was on Linux Rocks and I had only ever mainly use Mastodon (had no clue about the wider Fediverse), through @thelinuxcast and from there we started interacting, I was invited to gotosocial.verboseguacamole.com (or whatever the tld was) (the very first time we had a GtS instance) where I met @sotolf , VerbGuac then moved to Polymaths Alpha and then here we are today with Polymaths. It's great to meet new people.
PS - Anyone else I met along the way, sorry, Amin is the story that stuck in my mind as I have trusted my main Fediverse account with his instances for a couple years now.
PPS - I mention Sotolf as I remember him from the VerbGuac instance (there was only a handful of people on that instance iirc).
