Played our first game of #AllBridgesBurning yesterday. We didn't finish as we started late and had to look up rules/actions quite a few times, but I had a blast. I just really like #COIN #boardgames .
What I am not sure about is the two phases in this game (pre-war and war) but it surely creates a special story arc. And dice rolls for combat outcomes 😅
Now I would love to try another one, ideally 4-player. Eyeing #FallingSky at the moment.

So today I finished a #COINSeries game of #FallingSky with my wife. It was nailbiting until the last card, where I managed to win by a small margin as Ceasar.

We both enjoyed it and will probably play it again. Faction leaders and non-player faction are not that difficult to manage and control of the territory is really straightforward. I think that in the next game we should focus more on using special abilities of each faction, which could make a difference in the end.

I have convinced my wife to try #ColonialTwilight from #GMT . First evening was kind of a struggle with the rules and understanding what each piece is for. But the next evening we started to understand it more, everything clicked, and in the end we had a blast playing it.

I was crushed by her as FLN due to poor choice of the strategy. I would like to play it again. But for people starting with #COIN I would reccomend #FallingSky, which seems easier for me.
