The thing that most interests me here is how much of an effect it might have of the APS, where the APSC has made it clear over many years and at least one high profile court case, that it will happily stomp all over a public servant if they express a political opinion that might somehow be associated with them professionally, no matter how tenuously. #auspol #fairworkact #socialmedia

The Federal Court found the ABC contravened the Fair Work Act by terminating journalist Antoinette Lattouf's employment, for reasons "including that she held a political opinion opposing the Israeli military campaign in Gaza".
