By a factor of 20:1 (N=136) trans people prefer the adjective “trans” instead of “transgender”. It's what I prefer too, I'm glad to have back up.

So if #Canada were to officially give the United States an exonym like "somethingelseastan", then according to Google's stated rules they would add it as a parenthetical expression to #googlemaps .
