Mountainous Moon Landscape, Iris Celestialis

Seen from the surface of an exomoon, the exomoon's host exoplanet hangs low in the sky, as does the local star. The Milky Way can be seen in the background, suggesting that this system is nearby to Sol. The exomoon is close enough to the planet to have adequate volcanic activity to provide an atmosphere, however not so close that radiation trapped in the exoplanet's magnetic field could strip the atmosphere away, resulting in a somewhat familiar hot desert environment. This view is from a particularly mountainous region near the north pole of the exomoon.
