I like noise canceling #headphones for focus (sometimes with nothing playing, just noise cancellation activated). When I wear headphones for long periods, my ear canals become painful.
I have tried in-ear models (AirPods with and without silicone tips) and over the ear type (Bose QC45)
Do you have suggestions for other ways I can get the nice quiet without angry ear canals?
