I have tried in-ear models (AirPods with and without silicone tips) and over the ear type (Bose QC45)
Do you have suggestions for other ways I can get the nice quiet without angry ear canals?

deantoir_ceardaiochtaMy Loop earplugs arrived today. I chose the engage plus (after postage it was just as cheap to buy the plus). I could converse with my spouse while wearing them and a lot of the background noise was muted to a bearable level. With the little plus thingy in the loop it blocks out the outside traffic noises etc. yet I can still hear for example the gentle clacking of my keyboard so I'm not completely cut off from the world. #adhd #NoiseSensitivity #EasilyDistracted #Mastodaoine #asd
