The use of the wording 'Tax Payer's Money' is to put a deliberate spin on government spending to bring judgement down on those that rely on Income Support.

On Radio 4 last night, Evan Davies unveiled, as revolutionary new technology, the storage of energy using hydro-electrics in Scotland.
When electricity is abundant, water is pumped up for storage in dams and later, when electricity is needed it is released through electricity turbines.
Hydroelectricity currently provides one sixth of the world's electricity and the technology has been used since the 19th century.
I think we're suffering from a lack presenters and program editors with a scientific background.
