@emmaaum we watched episodes 2 and 3 last night. Spouse was all "I bet it is her school friend" and then "I KNEW IT! It was her!" He liked the spy bees, too. When Yihwa convulses, he was saying, "if I knew people were getting killed and someone said it was safe at his house, I would just never leave."
Enigma, Episode 1
I love how resourceful Fa is, she's more than book-smart. Prim does a great job with the character too. Every emotion tracks with the situation she's in. I know others will focus on the interesting mystery of Ajin but for me this will always be Fa's story.

You can tell I enjoyed Enigma bc Iβve been rewatching bits.

Okay so, final thoughts about Thai horror drama Enigma?
It was great. I'm impressed with how much it managed to tell in the short amount of time the show had.
Visually stunning, as I said before.
The tension buildup, and overall pacing felt good.
And also, it's just a cool story and universe.
I look forward to returning to it for season 2.

And that was Episode 2 of #Enigma
The show started so strong that I was worried if it'd be able to keep that up, or if it would end up faltering -- which can happen in some horror shows.
But this episode kept me just as enthralled as the first, if in different ways.
I've got stuff to do tonight, and tomorrow is hectic, but I should be back at the #EnigmaWatchParty by Wednesday.
There was a brief moment I thought the rope was for a more mundane reason-- nope, scratch that.
lol A little bit of column A and B, I suspect.
As in, he is keeping her out bc of both legitimate reasons for her to keep out of that area, and also bc that's his space, damnit.
Episode one of #Enigma complete.
I'd say it shouldn't have taken that long, but I'm trying to get out of the habit of kicking myself for how my brain works.
I would have liked to have had more focus, especially since I very much enjoyed the episode. But hey, it meant I had an excuse to rewatch a number of choice scenes. Silver linings!
