The #EnglishParentsCommitteeAssociation (EPCA) deplores the fact it's been excluded by the #Quebec government 4 the parliamentary committee hearings on #Bill23: An Act to amend mainly the #EducationAct & 2 enact the Act respecting the Institut national d’excellence en education.
All associations representing #French committees have been invited 2 participate, but not the #EPCA, despite a direct request to do so.
