#ENDO2026 monday. The night will not end, the sun appears to be unable to rise and my soul is losing contact with my body. Brilliant discussions though, I've learned a lot about how MACS might affect #COPD and its treatment but I may never be able to share this information as my mind has reached a state of overstimulated that precludes basic human functioning. Sleep is a sweating nightmare of overlapping lectures on endocrinology that all demand all of my attention. Tens of millions of posters breaking human health into nano-scale observations and case studies that vary by infinitesimal differences in obscure hormonal markers permeate my consciousness, there may be no treatment and no way to access my personality ever again.
I recline in my uncomfortable chair and type these words as the speaker discusses "long chain fatty acids" with absolutely no personal context to me anymore.

Now I'm at #Endo2026 where we'll talk about all things #Endocrine for days and day and present my analysis of imaging and radiomics of the #AdrenalGland's. Sure, it's boring and not terribly relevant to patient care in people with #AdrenalCorticalInsufficiency but it's a reasonable audience and when I get to talk with providers and also adrenal researchers then maybe I can get them to think a bit about treatment for these patients!
