Any solid sources for #TigrayGenocide planning during the year between [1] the October 2019 announcement of Abiy's prize [2] and the 3–4 November 2020 attacks [3] would be useful for Wikipedia.

Any better sources than the #EmnetNegash May 2023 estimate of 162,000 to 378,000 civilian deaths [4] in the #TigrayGenocide would be useful too.
