And then the reproducibility issues in simple sciences get mentioned (simple sciences are math-adjacent: computer science is one of them).

On my bike ride into work today, I saw someone I thought was an old friend who works at the place I had just passed. I raised my hand, made direct eye contact, and yelled “Hi,” before I realized that it was not, in fact, my old friend.

Obviously now I have to move out of town.

#EmbarrassingMoment - at the risk of being identified our train has taken an extra 90 minutes out of its 150min run and my child vomited on herself about 60mins ago, we have become 'that family' despite what was expert clean up operation - it's just never enough.

Now just desperate to get off this train and hide...

昨天某人找我聊一些自由意志价值判断之类的宏大命题，我在半梦半醒之间挂着电话听对方发挥，然后扒出来其实想问亲子关系并推翻了对方说服自己母上值得宽容的理由和内在逻辑。人说真的感谢我驳倒Ta，很满足，获得了非常有价值的电话时间。我脑子短路回了一句：你爽了我还没爽。在语音里。

从我把这破事记了24h以上可以看出我的尴尬程度。
