Elon Musk was so worried by what would come to light in the discovery phase of the Twitter lawsuit against him. He was also worried about testifying under oath. This is a man who has already settled Federal Securities fraud charges in 2018. As Musk goes all-in on the far right, I'm wondering if he's trying to buy political allies because more of his bad deeds may be coming to light. Or, so he can commit more fraud. Or both.
