This article assumes the municipal election results accurately reflect the choices of the voters, even though there is no evidence to prove they do. We have been using unsecure election systems for decades. Common sense should tell us they are being manipulated. #AlabamaElections #ElectionTheater #SecureElections

Watch as Mark Cook runs through an exercise to determine whether it is possible to remotely access and modify a record of votes residing on a Dominion Voting System. Of course, he does successfully access a voting record and change it, revealing a system that is configured to allow remote access and manipulation of the voting records. #AlabamaElections #SecrureElections #ElectionTheater

Since there is a lot of talk about Tina Peters (@realtinapeters) I figured I would share one of the demos I did while doing the forensic work to write Mesa County Report 2. Enjoy watching some of the MANY BACK DOORS that I found inside the system, some or all of which have likely

This report by cyber security expert Daniel M. Teal brings into question the results of any election conducted using equipment from election system vendor ES&S. Alabama uses ES&S election systems in every county in the state. “I cannot state with certainty that the vote tabulation was secure.” #AlabamaElections #ElectionSecurity #ElectionTheater

I have always been curious why people, especially legislators, seem to be concerned about voter participation. Shouldn't the goal be to improve government? How does improving voter participation improve government? It doesn't. If there was an effort to improve voter participation among 'informed' voters, then it might improve government. Maybe they should just adjust for the inaccurate voter rolls? #AlabamaElections #ElectionTheater #FalseSolutions

I wonder how the judge of probate gets a "correct alphabetical list of qualified electors" from the state voter registration list which is full of unqualified electors and incorrect information. #AlabamaElections #VoterRolls #ElectionTheater
This can only happen in the unaccountable world of civil government. Without doing any deeper analysis of Alabama's voter rolls the simple fact that there are more registrants than there are eligible citizens should tell anyone that the integrity of the process is broken. Fortunately, the members of the advisory board receive no compensation for their "services", only reimbursement for their expenses. #AlabamaElections #ElectionTheater #VoterRolls

Alabama Legislature

The official Alabama Legislature website.

“With 35,785 registered voters, voter turnout was around 9.9%.” Alabama voter rolls are inflated by 30-40%. The fact that the figure 9.9% is being repeated here as truthful, when it is based on inflated registration records is a serious problem. It is highly unlikely that it is accurate and is at best, misleading. #AlabamaElections #ElectionTheater #LegislativeBranch

There was a sudden unexplainable increase in the number of ‘voters’ in 2002 when HAVA passed resulting in the use of electronic tabulators everywhere throughout the U.S. There is no reason to believe that a ‘post-election audit’ in Alabama will verify accuracy any better than the 40+ other states doing them. Why waste the money and time, unless the goal is simply to give voters more false confidence in our elections? #AlabamaElections #ElectionTheater #LegislativeBranch

Regardless of which office they are running to fill, or what party they have embraced, if your favorite candidate’s top campaign issue is not putting you back in control of elections, you should be asking why. Without the preservation of our right to choose who represents us in government, we are no longer a Republic. No other political issue being discussed today could be of more importance. They are just participating in Alabama’s #ElectionTheater.

It's time to drain the Alabama swamp by truly securing our elections.

Alabama’s codified requirement (Code Section 17-7-23) to meet the test standards for electronic voting systems issued by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) appears to be of no significance since the FEC doesn’t issue test standards for electronic voting systems, the Election Assistance Commisssion (EAC) does. #AlabamaElections #ElectionTheater #LegislativeBranch
