Good to see plugless Hybrids classified separately. They are mainly just somewhat more efficient petrol vehicles.
Plug in Hybrids don't deserve to count as EV's either - typically only 30% of their km are electric.
Our PHEV is nicely electric, often solar charged, around our home town & we work at driving mainly electric but over 50% of our milage is long distance - 250km return to visit mother in law and long camping holiday trips in summer. Of course using bikes a lot, minimising the car use, reduces the electric only milage. "My other car is an ebike with trailer" plus a normal bike.
