@euractiv I think it isn't the right time for further #EU expansion, with the exception of #Ukraine so committed to #Europe that they are paying the price of that commitment in blood. All other current #EUCandidates are, at best, 15 years away from been ready. Even among current #EU members there some without a clear national consensus regarding their direction. It's time to improve the #EU by finding common ground about the basics: #EUFederal or not?
