The UN Secretary-General has offered Sergey Lavrov a four-point deal to get Russia to return to the grain deal. The German newspaper Bild publishes these four points: ▫️lift EU sanctions against the Russian Agrarian Bank. ▫️insure Russian ships against attacks in the Black Sea; ▫️unfreeze the assets of Russian fertilizer companies; ▫️access of Russian ships transporting food and fertilizers to EU ports. According to Bild, the Russian leadership is now carefully studying the UN proposals and has not yet agreed to them, as the Kremlin considers the proposals "too good to be true." @liveukraine_media
