Just finished reading: Battle for Paradise by Naomi Klein (2018)

An account of classic β€˜shock doctrine’ being perpetrated in Puerto Rico. Klein chronicles the grassroots resistance by the Puerto Rican people against neoliberal privatization and Wall Street greed in the aftermath of financial meltdown, hurricane devastation, and D.C.'s imposition of an outside control board over the most important U.S. colony.
