Clearly Trump is not. His soul has been corrupted and not just by embezzlement and undermining the independence of the executive, legislative and judiciary. To be fair he didn’t have or has anyone like Aristotle for his teacher. Neither is he like Alaxander the Great, a pupil who built an Empire.
