I have been informed that the term "CNC" is usually an adjective and that referring to "My CNC" does not mean anything.

The thing I have been learning to use is a "CNC mill." You can have other CNC things. But they aren't as cool as a mill. TIL. #DesktopCNC

My #DesktopCNC machine came with a bunch of demos.

Demos in the sense of: a synthesizer in the 80s had a button on it that said “demo” that would play a song using every single instrument.

So the CNC comes with demos and blocks of material to run them on.
