I had to remove the dermashield from my tattoo due to the itching around the tattoo. I started having a reaction to the adhesive. The tattoo itself was feeling fine.
Which is wild because I wear CGMs for 2 weeks at a time.
I’ve started the aftercare and so far the tattoo is already looking better than the first attempt.
I’m using Tattoo Goo care kit this time around. So far I’m liking it.

I got home and took a nap, and forgot to post the fresh result from the rework.
He put a bit of emphasis on enhancing the color of the rainbow, darkening the blackout parts, and letting the fades stay, as well as brightening some of the lines.
Now let’s see how it heals.

Damaged the dermshield. Yeah, messy.
So it's off a day before I really wanted to take it off.
Skin is angry. Got the aquaphor going.
But it is kinda nice to see more than just a black patch on my arm now.
Can't wait for this to heal so I can get a nice pic of it to send to Rich.
