Working on a list of my favourite 'Walking Simulators' and it would seem the sub-genre has broadened to some extent over the last few years.

I wouldn't consider #DeathsStranding to be a 'Walking Simulator' for example....even though at first blush it's literally a game about simulated walking.

I also wouldn't say #TheForgottenCity is a walking sim either; it's a puzzle/adventure game.

I'm a stickler apparently. An old man who will die on this rather small hill.
