So, I finished Dear Doctor, I’m Coming for Soul last night.

Verdict: it’s surprisingly cute, given its themes.

Significantly more fluffy than steamy— and manages the established relationship vibes well once the ships get moving. The primary ship is very cuddly, which is even cuter given one is a soul reaper.

It definitely has things to say about death and life. And gets heavy.

I'm kinda surprised (and suspicious) with how quickly one issue got resolved. Then again they're pushing this next one which might be the big season ending one.

Also... I don't recall ever before being so thoroughly convinced that an actor has in fact never had alcohol in his life, and here I am coming to that conclusion with two of them in one scene. It's adorable.

Wow the show is getting heavy now. We've been dealing with parental death as a theme for more than one episode at this point.

And this newest one, it's not even so much the death itself as the child coming to terms with the fact that he doesn't want his father to live, and as such is scared to assist in surgery. Because he's scared of himself.
