David Levine is an American SF author whose story "Tk'tk'tk" won the Hugo for Best Short Story. His debut novel Arabella of Mars, a Regency interplanetary airship adventure, won the Andre Norton Nebula Award. A Clarion West graduate, he has published over sixty stories in Asimov's, Analog, F&SF, and more.
