Are #DavidDanks, prof of data science, philosophy and policy at UCal, & #MikeKirby, prof of computing at UUtah using these restricted business /#CorporateEthics when they avoid considering the responsibilities of those who create and release innovations into the public sphere?

There seems a sad parallel between their approach and considering whether the delivery truck driver or the tableting machine manufacturer have responsibility for the #Thalidomide disaster.
