During the DAISY technical meeting I held a presentation on authoring MathML and how it's possible now in LaTeX, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office and to do with conversion tools or by hand. Proofreading is still important!

I also showed how reading system support for visually rendering MathML isn't on par with browsers, which can make it harder to become common place in digital publishing.

Remember: even if a reading system is built on a browser's engine, it doesn't necessarily inherit its support for MathML.
