I like these exercises more than listing gratitudes. It makes you notice more and you aren’t necessarily making judgements as much as observations & writing and drawing each day like this brings you back to that day when you read it again later.

I put in the main three things I’m trying to accomplish in the upper right list. I need to get better at connecting what I do per day with the weekly goals & those with the monthly goals.
