How’s everyone else’s goal looking today?
I've eaten twice today, which would normally be something I would be proud of, but I'm #hungry and I'm #struggling with that in a few ways:
1. I still think eating is bad. It's taken years to accept that I need to eat every single day, so eating a third time in one day feels like too much
2. I've already met my gold star #dailygoal of eating two meals
3. My #foodrestrictions (some from illness, some from mental illness) mean that I have no other healthy options I WANT to eat
