Morning everyone. What’s your plans for today?
I’ll be back in the office today after working from home for the past week. First though I have my monthly pain dr appointment. Currently at my daughter’s tennis practice as I am pretty much every morning. Today is a bit chilly so I’m hoping this coffee starts warming me up.
Morning friends. How are we feeling today? What plans do we have for the day?
For me I have an MRI here in about a couple of hours which means I have been fasting since 12am. That’s right, not coffee right now. 😣😒 So currently I’m at my daughter’s tennis practice a little cold with my coffee to warm me up.
After my MRI it’s just a regular work day.

I woke up sore so I know it’s going to be a long day for me. 😏 I’ve got a chiropractor appt here after a bit then it’s off to the office. Who knows what the Monday will have in store.

Any good plans for today and the weekend? I just have the regular work today. Although I am working from home today as I am not feeling all that great. I need my "comfy chair".
This weekend, we have a religious assembly (tomorrow). Other than that, not much is going on this weekend.

What have we got planned for today? I woke up with my back in hella pain. The pain I feel when I’ve slipped in out. 😔 Not sure what I might have done n my sleep.
Already took my daughter to practice and am now at home on heat. I’ll be staying home today resting. I have my heated massager on my back right now and am drinking some coffee. Hopefully I can get my back under control.
