Derek Christ presented our newest addition to #DRAMsys called #PIMSys at #MEMSYS24, which enables the capability to simulate #PIM #DRAMs. It also features a #Rust based library to enable easy access to the #PIM features.

Yesterday we present the new BMBF project "DE:RamSys - Open Source Simulation Tools for Semiconductor Memory" at the kick-off event for #Chipdesign #Germany in Hannover. The consortium consists of JMU Würzburg, the RPTU Kaiserslautern, and Fraunhofer IESE. Together, over the next three years, we will further develop the #DRAM #Simulator #DRAMSys.
