My weekly recharge is a Sunday morning walk. I started early and caught the end of Reeves on #kexp who did a great job playing some contemplative and meditative tunes to tee up #DJAlex with Pacific Notions. Black Earth, WI by Ratboys was my favorite. DJ Alex is the best place to hear “the best in neo-classical and ambient music, with explorations into downtempo, new age, post-rock, and other atmospheric styles” with many new releases and emerging artists.

That’s beautiful, Stan. I take a long walk every Sunday morning and listen to Pacific Notions with DJ. Alex in KEXP out of Seattle Washington. This is exactly the type of tunes he plays. It calms me down and gets me ready for the upcoming week. DJ Alex is on Twitter I know. He could be elsewhere.
