I didn't time them but they felt like #5MinuteSketch exercises. It was nice to focus on simplifying shapes into value.

These were relatively complex, so I definitely over-ran my timer trying to sneak in a last couple of details, but I'm pretty happy with how the third one - in particular - came out!

Okay honestly VERY happy with how today's #2MinuteSketch session turned out!! At first these were super intimidating, but I made my frames a bit bigger and really focused on getting the big shapes down. Also learning more and more about oil pastels and how to use them effectively. I had a blast!!
