Just took their survey. Thought it would give me a chance to #officially complain about the server lag.

Nope. Survey was like half a page asking basic demographic questions, what I most played, and how I heard of Cryptic.

Nothing else.

It's 2024. I have a fiber optic internet line. Yet I still have nights when STO is nigh unplayable.

During the anniversary event, I had to sit through two or three 5+ minutes server freezes, and frequent 20 to 150 sec freezes.

It isn't much better now.
