anlomedadHorrible. This one is also with mangled audio. It starts okay but then the Norwegian Prime Minister as chair of the #ArcticCouncil addresses the panel via video uplink and the recording switches to the audio in the room ffs.
Afterwards, it appears to stay on room audio. Maybe, they realised their mistake later but I turned it off.

I'll be having a look at chapter 4 on permafrost later. I quite liked the report design in previous years, with their tldr chapter introduction and the 4 emission pathways and projection for the particular topic in those.
